So after trial and error I found the perfect glue. Loctite Vinyl, Fabric and Plastic Flexible Adhesive. In second place is JB Weld.
With the Loctite there is no prep work just apply and place together. Takes two hours to set and twenty-four hours to cure. Some might find it as a long wait but most glues take a hot minute. With the JB Weld you have to rough up the parts you want glue on.
You can only get the Loctite in 1oz tubes but a little goes a long way. The website says it sets in ten minutes but the tube says two hours. My guess it depends on the material you’re gluing together and the temperature in the area you’re in. The glue is flexible but I used it on the Arc Light and it’s holding rather ridged like I wanted. Might work fine with TPU filament. Also it doesn’t melt the PLA Plus/Pro like most glues I tried.
Doesn’t have a strong glue smell either however you might want to wear gloves when handling it.
