Bought a proper keyboard for the 486 retro computer from eBay. This thing was dirty like it was used in a shop environment.
I used some hot water with a bunch of 409. Yanked out the keys and let them soaked. For the rest I just used 409 and one of those magic erasers and gave it a good scrubbing. Three hours later I got a super clean keyboard.
Still works great but the C key is sensitive. Barely touch it and it registers a key press. The gray spot on the lower right is JB Weld. I tried to scrape as much as I could without destroying it.
